Details to settle before arrival
- Room and roommates. Ask whether your room is shared or private and whether your group can stay together. A preference is not a confirmed assignment.
- Your full stay cost. Request the current rate, whether it is per person or per room, taxes, deposits, and payment schedule.
- Work and transportation. Confirm your work location and shift times with your employer, and plan your commute from the lodge.
- Arrival arrangements. Confirm check-in timing and instructions with Kurt before booking your transportation.
